Three things to do today to begin your feelings journey – yes, there is such a thing!

Feeling overwhelmed?

Not sure what to do with your feelings? You’re not alone. Taking the first step can be tough, but it’s a big deal, trust me, I know from experience.

Let’s start small. Here we go!

First, check in with yourself. Writing down your thoughts can help. Don’t worry about making it look pretty, Just get it out. Stay the course. Or try to calm your mind with meditation. Even 5 minutes a day, makes a difference.

Next, listen to your body. Move your body, balance the chi. Try a walk, dance, or do yoga, my fav! and focus on your breath. It’s a simple way to relax.

Finally, let your feelings out. Get creative! Draw, paint, write a song, or whatever you want. Or talk to someone you trust. Sharing your feelings can be a huge relief.

Remember, this is a journey, while we in the suit. Be kind to yourself.

Small steps are still steps forward. Keep planting the seeds! You’ve got this!
