Observing the self, Embracing the shift.

When we step back and become the observers of our own lives, it’s like taking a front row seat to a familiar show watching our habits, patterns, and surroundings unfold before us. In doing so, we begin to sense a deeper rhythm beneath the chaos—a rhythm of letting go, of release, of surrender.

Peeling back the layers like a sealed onion we release years of pain clouding our vision, in and out like a yo-yo. Through suffering, I’ve realized there are far more projections—third-party images—shaping my experience than I ever imagined. But as I rise above it, I see the truth: nothing is permanent.

Nothing is entirely right or wrong. Everything is simply change—a natural rhythm of the universe. Another form of transformation. We can ride those waves and let people walk away. This process is necessary. Don’t panic. Be thankful. Be grateful.

So release the need to control what isn’t yours to hold. Let the chapters close with grace, not resistance. In every goodbye, there’s an invitation to return home to yourself—to stand rooted in your truth, unshaken by the passing storms.

Trust that what’s meant for you will never require you to betray who you are. Keep showing up with honesty, even when it’s hard. Keep listening inward, even when the world gets loud. Because your path is sacred, even when it’s unclear. And in the stillness between each wave, you’ll remember: you were never lost—only becoming.

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV)
