Essentially, by reclaiming our self-worth, we liberate ourselves from the constraints of the past, enabling us to step into a future filled with potential and authenticity.

My self-assessment made it clear that there was no turning back. Dwelling on the past was counterproductive, hindering my progress and fostering unrealistic expectations. I realized that reliving past experiences was detrimental to my mental health, creating unnecessary prejudices and anxieties. It became evident that letting go of the past was essential for moving forward.
